Dischidia Watermelon

Dischidia Watermelon, or Dischidia ovata, is a tropical, epiphytic plant native to Southeast Asia and the Pacific Islands. Its round, succulent leaves have green with white or silvery stripes that resemble watermelons, and it produces small, fragrant white flowers, but its milky sap can be irritating, so it’s important to handle it with care and keep it out of reach of pets and children.

🌞Light: Bright indirect light is ideal, with morning or evening direct light also acceptable. Avoid strong midday sunlight to prevent leaf burn.

💧Water: Water when the soil is half-way dry.

⛲Humidity: High Humidity. It will thrive in 70-85%.
