You can place orders on our website. The checkout process is secure (with RSA) and intuitive. It’ll guide you through all the options for getting your plants.
Q – How do I check my order status?
Lookout for Order Confirmation email from Foliage World when you place order. It’ll contain a unique Order Number, and all other details related to your order. As we process your order you’ll receive more updates via email. If you’ve any questions, just reply back to the email you receive from us.
Q – Can I cancel the order?
Sometimes we all do change our mind after taking certain decision. In case if you change your mind, just let us know by replying back to the order confirmation email and we will refund the amount.
Reserving Plants
We understand the urge to call dibs when you really like the plant. However, we believe in first come first serve and can’t guarantee holding plant for you. Though you can an place order with us online if you’re sure for purchase and pick it up from store.
Delivery
We do deliver plants for a small fee in Bay Area, East Bay, South Bay and San Ramon Valley cities. You would receive the plants at your doorstep. Since we deliver this personally we guarantee that your plants will have a safe journey to your home.
Q – How do I choose this option?
Our checkout process would guide you through the Local Delivery option if your location is eligible for it. As of now we deliver in select cities and hoping to expand in future. The price of delivery varies from $6 to $16 depending on distance to your location. It would be free for orders over $49 to $119 depending on your location.
Q – When do I expect to receive?
We strive to deliver as fast as possible. Though few things keeps us busy. At best expect to receive your delivery within 3 business days.
Pickup
We do offer Store Pickup and you can save on Delivery/Shipping cost. You can visit our Store and pickup your order too.
Q – When & Where can I pickup?
You can find our Store Location, and Hours at the bottom of our Website. We recommend you to let us know your approximate arrival. Curbside parking would be available.

Sales Tax
Foliage World is a registered business with the State of California and located in Union City. We’re legally responsible for collecting and paying sales tax for every retail. The sales tax includes local, county, and state. The sales tax may vary based on your location. Our checkout process will accurately calculate sales tax based on the Delivery or Pickup location that you choose.
