Because of the perishable nature of Live Plants, we do not accept returns or exchanges on them. If you’re purchasing from our store, we encourage you to double-check your plants before leaving the store. Though mishaps can happen during delivery as we can’t don’t have control over it. Under such unfortunate cases please reach out to us with the issue with proof (pictures) at the earliest. We would consider it for a refund.
For all other merchandise (e.g. Planters) we do accept returns within 30 days of purchase and refund amount to the original payment method. However, the buyer would be responsible for return shipping. Alternatively, you can return in-store.To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (Email Confirmation).
